it depends on ur situation and ur email account. if u have a gmail, on the sign in page, click on the forgot password button and then from there click on i forgot my password etc., and from there answer the stuff they ask you etc., and on yahoo, click on forgot password button on the sign in page and then click on ur situation i. e. forgot username, and then answer the questions and stuff.
p.s. doin this mite make u have to change ur username and password.
