I tryed to enter my btopenworld email password but it said i was suspended?
it seems to protect your account only it might have been suspended.
wait for couple of days and try to get new password by providing information

Reply:Sounds like someone was trying to get in your account and they suspended it. Wait about an hour and try again. Are you sure that your name and password was right? Make sure that your cap lock isn't on.
