How can i check my old btopenworld email through my new bt broadband?

How can i check my old btopenworld email through my new bt broadband?
My mate cancelled his dial up btopenworld and moved on to sky broadband but he can still receive his emails to his old openworld address and recovers them through outlook express, he can't send out on that account though.





So he receives on outllook and sends out on yahoo, he also has the new account with his new sky email add but prefers his old address.





I think i can remember how to set it up to retrieve on outlook express, email me if u need the info.
